Returns & Refunds

At Picture This Clothing, every creation is one-of-a-kind—designed by you and made just for you! We want you to love your custom creation, so we encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order. This includes checking fabric information, size and fit guidelines, and our What to Know Before Designing section (scroll down on each product page for this info!)

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made, we do not typically accept returns due to preference or ordering errors. However, if there is an issue with your order, we absolutely want to make it right!

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@picturethisclothing.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Since each item is uniquely made, we do not offer direct exchanges. If an issue qualifies for a return, we will work with you to replace the item or provide a refund as needed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days minus the cost of shipping. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at hello@picturethisclothing.com.
