Picture This Clothing Shipping Policy

At Picture This Clothing, each item is a one-of-a-kind creation, designed by you and made just for you! Because of this, our production process takes a little extra time compared to off-the-rack clothing.

Production & Shipping Time

  • Orders typically ship 10-15 business days after being placed. Sooner if we're able! If you need something by a specific date
  • We ship using USPS First Class for standard orders.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time due to our custom production process.

International Shipping

  • International delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.
  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged upon delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking number first.
  • If tracking shows no updates or if your order appears lost, contact us at hello@picturethisclothing.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
  • USPS may experience occasional delays beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience.
  • If you receive your order but it was somehow damaged before you opened it (weather, neighbor's dog, overzealous toddler, etc.) please share photos of the damaged parcel before you open it.

Delivered but Missing

If your order is marked "Delivered" but you haven't seen it USPS requires us to ask you these questions before we can offer help or reach out to them for assistance:

  • Confirm that the Ship-to address is correct
  • Ask your nearest USPS location or mail carrier (share your tracking number with them), sometimes they've tried to deliver, but couldn't for some reason or other.
  • Check with your neighbors, or if you're at an apartment or building, check with the front desk or office.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
